It seems with the upcoming Prince's Tale in DH2, the authenticity of Snape memories are being disparaged again by a couple of people; apparently, this is a plot issue and something that could transfer to the movie.

I don't agree. I believe, JKR cleverly described the means for Harry, and the reader, to identify uncorrupted and objective memories. ( Read more... )

Ccollinsmith at Expecto Patronum has been running a chapter-by-chapter study of the Harry Potter Series, inclusing narration techniques. Philosopher's Stone has been completed and she has invited guest posters to write an article in regard to a character's role and development in the first book . She'll be starting Chamber of Secrets soon.

I've done a couple of Sorting Hat quizzes and I usually end up in Ravenclaw. That's okay, as one of my favorite characters in the Harry Potter series is Luna Lovegood. I just love her freedom of expression and spirit, and receptive mind.
